Boot Camp - 60 Minutes. One hour basic training for overall fitness. Fall in and get in shape! All level are welcome.

Strengthen & Stretch - 30 Minutes. Get Ready for the tennis court with this program of stretching and strengthening to prepare you for your game and the day.

Circuit-Slam - 60 Minutes. Cardio conditioning & Strength Training intervals to tone and condition the body and burn fat.

Step & Spar - 60 Minutes. Combo class that uses Step and boxing moves for an overall workout that takes cardio conditioning to the next level.

Personal Training - one on one session with a certified Personal Trainer, by appointment only. Please call for details.

Pilates Mat with Small Props - Pilates works the deep muscles of the core to improve posture, alignment and muscle tone for a sleek and efficient body. Spinal rollers, bands, magic circles & balls will be used in this class. All classes include fundamentals, beginner thru advanced mat work.
Yoga Fusion - Yoga Fusion melds the dynamic exercises of Pilates with the meditative properties of Yoga. A great core strengthener and stress reducer!

Hatha Yoga - Traditional Yoga poses and exercises that strengthen and stretch the body. Increase balance and focus, create new energy, improve body awareness and decrease stress.

Zumba - The #1 dance-based fitness craze in the Country. Fall in love with its infectious music, easy to follow dance moves and body beautifying benefits.




Pilates Reformer Training




We are proud to be able to offer to you this exciting program. Private and Semi Private Sessions taught by certified and knowledgeable instructors.  Pilates Reformer is an effective and efficient way to train the body.  Through a systematic progression of exercises designed to strengthen the core, restore the natural curves of the spine, increase flexibility and joint mobility, the body responds positively to the Pilates method of exercise.  It is intelligent movement that is simple yet profound.  Feel stronger, look better, gain energy, reduce aches and pains.

*All sessions by appointment only with 24 hour cancellation notice required. All packages require advance payment. Thank you.

All sessions are 50 minutes in length. There will be an assessment and health screening as part of the first session. Please dress in form fitting clothing that allows for ease of movement. Long hair should be tied or secured for safety reasons.

Mat Class Schedule:
Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m.
Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Mat only Packages:
8 classes: $70 for members, $100 for non members
16 classes: $110 for members, $160 for non members

Personal Training



No matter what you want to accomplish, the fitness specialists at Score will provide the health & fitness leadersip to ensure each member will achieve their desired results. One-on-one fitness training includes assessment, health screening, goal setting, and inividualized training programs. Set your goals and meet them with the help of our experienced and certified fitness trainers. Personal training packages include an assessment of flexibility, heart and blood pressure check, body compostition check, cardio vascular, strength and endurance measurements and goal setting. Under the guidance of a Certified Trainer.
